Japanned U.M.C. 100 count cap tin. The 100 count tins are for the 1849 Colt Pocket and the 1855 Colt Root revolvers. Green label without a count number. The Union Cartridge Company was one of the foremost manufacturers of Pistol and Rifle Cartridges in the latter half of the 19th.Century. Tin made after 1867 .Indian wars. Practically all caps are in the tin. About 90% of original finsh and 99% of label present. There are also the remnants of the paper label around the edges. Excellent condition! REF.Rapley BKII CT#32
