#4XX. Cal. 41 RF. 2-1/2" Barrel, pivoting down and to the left for loading. Retains 95% of original silver plated finish. All steel construction, without side plates or wooden grips. Scroll engraving is standard. Based on the design of the National No.1 Deringer, it was the first single shot pistol made by the Colt company. Early gun, made cc.1871.
