A 12" long horn and brass 19 th. Century unmarked black powder horn with a bayonet cap-measure.. The horn has a fairly complex brass mechanism where first, after setting the size of the load by rotating and pulling out the side knob, by pulling back on the horn knob the powder is released. The horn can be loaded through one side, the other side is closed with a glass window. The brass collar, adjustable from 60 to 80 grains is in perfect condition and working order. A number "39" is stamed at the entrance of the charger, meaning unknown. This type of horn is very desirable. Excellent!
